We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growth by driving lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist in prospecting and lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Prepare sales materials such as proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client records in the CRM (Odoo).
- Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- Create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles.
- Track and report campaign performance (leads, conversions, engagement).
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent company messaging.
- Help organize online and offline marketing events (webinars, exhibitions, client workshops).
Client Relationship & Market Research
- Respond to inquiries on social platforms, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Collect client feedback to help improve services and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT, BBIT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (Odoo experience is an added advantage).
- Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.
