We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant<\/strong> to support our growth by driving lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sales Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Assist in prospecting and lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Schedule client meetings, demos, and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare sales materials such as proposals, quotations, and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client records in the CRM (Odoo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion.

    Marketing Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Track and report campaign performance (leads, conversions, engagement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent company messaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Help organize online and offline marketing events (webinars, exhibitions, client workshops).

      Client Relationship & Market Research<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Respond to inquiries on social platforms, email, and WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collect client feedback to help improve services and customer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Diploma\/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT, BBIT, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 1\u20132 years of experience in sales\/marketing (internship experience acceptable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (Odoo experience is an added advantage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.
