The Kenya Roads Board (KRB) sought to implement a comprehensive<br>technical and performance audit system for urban roads maintenance programs<br>funded through the Road Maintenance Levy Fund. The project aimed to assess the<br>implementation of KRB-funded urban roads programmes by the Kenya Urban Roads<br>Authority (KURA). Our company developed an innovative Aggregated Audit Scoring<br>System that revolutionized how technical and financial performance audits were<br>conducted, enabling stakeholders to effectively evaluate project satisfaction levels<br>and compliance with industry standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Scope<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate and track compliance with agreed selection and prioritization criteria set by the Board\/Road Agency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess adherence to National frameworks and World Bank Operational policies regarding Environmental and Social safeguards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and evaluate technical design work and documentation compliance with industry standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify contract documentation completeness and contractor qualification assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable comprehensive measurement and verification of completed works<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and evaluate as-built documentation and conformity to contractual designs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a user-friendly interface for data collection, analysis, and scoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholder decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bella Rosa House, Moyne Drive P.O.
